Based upon CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation) Policy.
There wil be 04(Four) formative assessments & 02(Two) summative assessments.i.e altogether 06(Six) Examinations (assessments) in an academic session to evaluate the periodic progress of the pupils.
Formerly, Formative assessments were called unit tests or monthly tests & 1st summative assessment as half yearly Examination &2nd summative assessments as annual or final Examination.
Each formative assessment carries weightage of 10(Ten) marks and each summative assessment carries weightage of 30(Thirty) marks All formative assessment (Examination) carry weightage of 10x4=4O(Forty) marks and all summative assessments (Examination) carry 30x2=60(sixty) marks.
Total 40+60=100 marks.
